Kids BJJ
(ages 5-12)
We have a great experience for Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu students. Students are set up to progress at their own pace in a beginner-friendly environment. Whatever they need, we are here for them! For more information about the kids BJJ classes, check out the program page.
Adult BJJ
(ages 13+)
You can start Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at any time in your life – no matter your physical background or skill set. The supportive team at Motion City BJJ is there to help you discover where you’re at and set you up for a great training journey! Women’s Only BJJ
(ages 12+)
