Youth BJJ (Ages 5-15)
Our Youth program caters to children aged 5 to 15, providing a safe and engaging environment for them to learn the fundamentals of BJJ. Through age-appropriate techniques and games, our experienced instructors focus on developing coordination, discipline, confidence, and respect in our young practitioners.
Adult BJJ (Ages 16+)
For adults aged 16 and above, we offer both Gi and NoGi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our program is designed to accommodate all skill levels. Our Gi classes focus on traditional BJJ techniques, emphasizing control and leverage using the kimono, while our NoGi classes focus on grappling without the traditional uniform, incorporating techniques suitable for mixed martial arts (MMA) and self-defense scenarios.
Women’s Only BJJ (Ages 12+)
Our Women’s Only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are tailored for females aged 12 and above, providing a supportive and empowering environment for women to learn and practice BJJ.
Led by experienced female instructors, these classes focus on techniques relevant to women’s self-defense, fitness, and personal development, fostering camaraderie and confidence among participants.
